Day 5 - Snakes While I Train
I didn't train yesterday. Jack got his GCSE results so I allowed him a day off.Today was crazily busy at work. Friday's always are, but more so for the last one before a Bank Holiday at the end of the summer holidays. I couldn't have dragged myself 10 yards even if I hadn't arranged to go out to the pictures with Darbster.
I'd missed lunch so I allowed myself a portion of Nachos. Regular, mind. I can't forget my diet entirely.
I needn't have worried about missing any exercise. I proceeded to jump so much throughout the film that Darbster began to think I was doing some capsule circuit training.
Breakfast: Ubiquitous bowl of Shreddies
Lunch: Chewed Lip
Dinner: Regular Nachos with Cheese and Extra Chillies

Sorry for being bossy but you will find it much more effective if you eat more (of the right stuff of course). Try not to go for more than 3 hours at most without eating. Don't make your body think it's starving because it will go into "hoarding" mode. Eat fruit or a few nuts or something. Trust me. It works and you will have more energy. That way you are more likely to burn fat and not muscle.

Ps You can eat loads of olives, but not the ones in oil.
Cherry, you'll get fat if you don't eat enough! I know that sounds odd but when you don't eat enough, the body thinks famine's on its way and will start storing fat for future survival. Usually, when I say that people start thinking of the little kids in Africa who are just bags of bone but they're like that because they've already used up their fat store. You don't want to get to that stage, do you? No, I thought not.
Like Alice, I don't mean to be bossy. I'm just trying to help because I know what it's like to be... erm... voluptuous.
PS: You couldn't persuade Richard to diet with you, could you? His belly could definitely do with being reduced.
Darling... your last post here is August. As I have recently climbed aboard the scale and noted a 20 lb weight gain... I am searching out support. How about it, gorgeous? We both know we're perfect as we are, but would FEEL so much more svelte without any excess carry-on luggage.
